Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Lead with 5+ years of experience to lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, manage project delivery, and drive strategic initiatives to meet client goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, proactive problem solver, and capable of ensuring high-quality execution across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists to deliver client projects efficiently
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and analytics to ensure seamless project delivery
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Identify process improvements to increase team productivity and campaign effectiveness
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
Communicate project status and insights to senior management and clients
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven leadership or team management experience
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategy, and web analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Experience managing multiple projects and delivering results within deadlines
Proficiency in digital marketing tools like SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client escalations and internal challenges calmly and effectively
Experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus
Qualifications
MBA, BTech, or a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
