TEAM LEADER

:

We are seeking an experienced

Team Leader for leading team of counsellors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

monitoring, controlling, and guiding a team of admission counsellor*
He/she shall be responsible to achieve the

team targets set for monthly admissions.

The work involves controlling the counsellors and guiding them to high performance. It is a

fully office- oriented job.

Graduates who has experience either as a

Senior Admission counsellor for around 6 to 8 years or as a Team leader for 3 to 4 years in a education industry

Salary shall be in the range of 40,000 to 45,000. Apart from salary attractive incentive of around 10000 to 15000 per month is possible based on performance.
