Compensation Structure
Fixed CTC: ₹7,00,000 - ?12,00,000 per annum
Performance Variable: Directly linked to team closures, productivity, and target achievement
Important:
For consistent high performers, the performance variable can significantly enhance total earnings, and during strong performance cycles, overall annual income can exceed the fixed CTC.
Working Days
Saturday & Sunday are working days
Monday is the weekly off (one day off per week)
