We're Hiring: Last Mile Delivery Operations Manager

Location: Mangalore, Karnataka

Indeanta E-Mobility, a leader in sustainable electric mobility solutions, is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our last-mile delivery operations in Mangalore.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations.

Supervise and mentor delivery personnel and team leads.

Optimize delivery routes, schedules, and resources.

Ensure timely deliveries, high service quality, and client satisfaction.

Track operational performance metrics and manage invoices/payments.

Implement safety, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent client coordination and communication abilities.

Familiarity with electric vehicles and e-mobility operations is a plus.
