We are hiring for Team Leader

Qualification- Graduation

Experience- 2 to 5 years(as a team lead mandatory )

Language-English , Kannada ,Hindi or Tamil & Telugu

Package- 25k to 51k

Work time- 9:30 to 6:30

Working Days- 6 days

Age- below 35

Location- HSR , Bangalore

Job role-

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, customer centric.

? It should be good in attrition & shrinkage.

? Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

? Strong knowledge of BPO operations, processes, and industry best practices.

? Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

? Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

? Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

? Should have experience both in sales and customer care projects.

? Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.31 - ₹51,000.22 per month

Work Location: In person
