Key Responsibilities:
1. Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and ensure alignment with the team's vision and company goals.

2. Communicate expectations, goals, and constructive feedback regularly to team members.

3. Identify, address, and resolve conflicts proactively while fostering a collaborative work environment.

4. Recognize and reward good performance, and provide opportunities for training and professional development.

5. Support and mentor team members to achieve individual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

7. Generate regular performance reports and provide updates to senior management.

8. Actively contribute to improving team efficiency, productivity, and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

2. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business applications.

4. Sound knowledge of industry best practices and trends in team management.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2. Certifications in leadership, project management, or related disciplines.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

4. Strong leadership, organizational, and motivational capabilities.

5. Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,139.40 - ₹40,565.86 per month
