Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Team Leaders to supervise field teams and support day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for freshers who possess strong communication skills, basic leadership qualities, and good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide, and manage a small field team to achieve assigned targets Plan and coordinate daily operational activities for smooth execution Prepare, update, and maintain reports and data using MS Excel Monitor team performance and share regular progress updates with management Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and guidelines Support the team in resolving on-ground challenges and operational issues

Eligibility Criteria

MS Excel (Advance) required. Basic leadership abilities with good communication and interpersonal skills Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory) Willingness to work in the assigned location and manage field operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
