As an IT Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision, ensuringproject delivery, leading a talented development team, and collaborating with clients andpartners in the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers to deliver high-quality fintech solutions. Guide system architecture, software development, and infrastructure decisions. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and uphold coding standards. Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals. Oversee API integrations with banks, payment processors, and third-party platforms. Ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols. Engage with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Present technical strategies and updates to leadership and partners. Evaluate team performance and support professional growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on Python development experience. Proven leadership experience in managing development teams. Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
