Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of education counsellors.
Drive the team to meet individual and group sales targets.
Monitor and report team productivity and performance metrics.
Ensure strong client relationships and maintain consistent follow-up.
Support counsellors in converting leads into admissions.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead progress.
Report weekly sales achievements and forecasts to management.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals and outreach.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and deliver accurate information.
Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services.
Prepare and share reports as required by management.
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum experience in team handling within the education or counselling domain.
Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in client handling, negotiation, and objection management.
Familiarity with CRM tools and report generation.
