About the Role
List The Duties and Responsibilities
o Managing end to end claim settlement process with insurers
o Data management of claims
o Claims discrepancy management
o System/tech developments
Managing end to end claim settlement process
o Intimation of claims to Insurance companies.
o Claims submission to insurers at defined frequency
o Regular follow-up with insurance companies for documents and settlement of claims
o Claims reconciliation at defined frequency
o Verification of documents sent by customers and arranging approvals from insurance company.
o Discussions with insurance companies for quick and hassle-free settlement.
o Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders for discrepancy resolution
System/tech development
o Providing inputs and domain expertise to the IT team for development of new systems and portal for quicker processing of claims.

Background and Requirements




Eligibility and Qualifications


Any Graduation
Minimum 3 years of experience in General Insurance claims management.
Skills, Abilities and Competencies
o Good knowledge of MS - Office
o Good written and verbal communication skills
o High level of empathy with good listening skills
o Strong people skills to assess behavioral & values alignment
o Ability to engage with Employees across levels
o Ability to handle conflicts and grievance handling
