We are looking for a

Team Lead, Inspections to

help lead our Altisource Team!

:



Lead the property inspection operations in a multi-client environment ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards. Track team performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, enhance inspection quality, and reduce turnaround times. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results within set timeframes. Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure smooth workflow Serve as the subject matter expert and act as the communication link between staff members and customers as needed. Address and resolve inspection-related issues or escalations promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to resolve issues or challenges during the inspection process. Monitor daily production reports to ensure the team meets both production and quality targets. Analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights and make informed decisions. Perform staffing data analysis to ensure adequate staffing levels to handle expected volumes. Take on additional duties as required.


Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within a related field. Strong managerial, organizational, and leadership skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance with SOPs. Open to continuous learning and professional development.
