Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated
and experienced Team Lead - Telesales
to
manage our sales team and drive revenue growth. This person will be responsible
for training, performance monitoring, and achieving monthly targets while
ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of
inside sales executives, providing coaching and support to improve
performance.
Set daily, weekly, and
monthly goals for the team; track KPIs and ensure targets are met.
Handle escalations,
high-value leads, and major client conversations.
Collaborate with marketing
to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.
Create scripts, talk
tracks, and objection-handling guidelines for the team.
Monitor call quality and
provide constructive feedback.
Prepare sales reports and
present insights to management regularly.
Drive product knowledge
across the team to effectively pitch skincare and wellness solutions.
Recruit and train new team
members as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in
Telesales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
Strong communication and
leadership skills.
Experience in the beauty,
skincare, or wellness industry is preferred.
Ability to work in a
target-driven environment.
Proficient with CRM tools
and sales reporting systems.
