Team Lead, Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities :



? Own the inside sales funnel from lead allocation to closure.

? Guide and motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

? Conduct morning meetings and regular 1:1 connects with POCs to improve performance.

? Drive insurance penetration and group retention conversions.

? Ensure compliance through audits, funnel hygiene, and timely case movement.

? Share reports, highlight gaps, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For :



? 3+ years of sales experience with minimum 1 year in tele-sales team management.

? Proven success in driving conversions, insurance, or retention sales.

? Data-driven, strong with CRM and Workable tools.

? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

? Insurance experience would be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
