esponsibilities
A

s a Team Lead - ICT & Telecommunications you will be responsible for the following:
A

ttend Technology Systems Team Leads Meetings C
oordiante workloads for iCRC Team C
oordinate staffing issues with iCRC HR Teams A
ssit in the training and development of staff C
oordinate resocure sharing (both ways) with other iCRC Technology Teams U
ndertake quality assurance of all documents. A

s an accomplished Senior Engineer you will be responsible for development and publishing of Telecommunications Designs to support projects by undertaking detailed designs relating to ICT & Telecommunications Systems including:

tructured Cabling Systems (SCS) C
ommunications Rooms and supporting systems inlculing rack elevations O
utside Plant Infrastructure (OSP) A
ctive ICT Networks W
ireless LAN R
F Systems A
V Systems E
lectronic security systems T
echnology platforms and systems (i.e., nurse call systems, video conference systems, unified comms solutions, space management solutions, etc.) Y

ou will also be responsible for overseeing the preparation of reports, specifications, calculations, and drawings to enable the tendering of works to enable a suitably qualified integrator / contractor to undertake the installation and commission of the systems and solutions.

ou will also be responsible for detailed Quality Reviews for the work that is developed within the iCRC.

he successful candidate will also be required to mentor junior and graduate engineers and work within a multi-discipline (ICT & Telecommunications, Audio Visual, Security, Automation and Integration and Smart Places) design team.
T

he right candidate will be well versed and experienced in ICT and Telecommunications design utilising standards such as BICSI, ISO, IEEE, Certified Wireless Network Professional Design Guidelines, Cisco & Aruba networking and wireless design guidelines.

s such the successful candidate have vendor and industry certifications to demonstrate capability and skill level.

aster of Engineering in an electronic, computer systems or telecommunications course of study or Master of Science in an Information Technology (Networks). B
achelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering P
revious experience in Team Leadership. P
revious experience in devliering large complex multi-disciplinary projects. P
referably past experience in mentoring. M
ust be pursuing Chartered Engineer (CEng) in a relevant engineering discipline (MIET, etc.). E
xtensive experience, preferably in the Asia Pacific, USA, Middle East, or UK in leading, producing and checking ICT and Telecommunications designs U
nderpinning knowledge of Network design principles and significant experience working within critical environments A
s a Senior ICT & Telecommunications Engineer you will need to have detailed knowledge on the design and integration of various systems and subsystems, these will include but not limited to; T
