Job Post - Team Lead HSPD & Post Casting
Department: Foundry

Reports To: Head of Foundry Plant
Purpose of the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - HSPD & Post Casting to oversee casting operations, process optimization, and quality performance within the Foundry. The role involves leading HSPD and Post Casting teams, ensuring QHSE compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing new casting developments in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all HSPD-related products, process, and quality activities.
Conduct primary rejection analysis and drive timely corrective actions.
Oversee daily casting operations and ensure QHSE compliance across the foundry.
Coordinate with Pattern Shop and Engineering for new casting development as per timelines.
Manage and optimize workflow in Post Casting to meet production deadlines.
Drive continuous improvement across casting and post-casting processes.
Analyze foundry processes to recommend and implement improvements.
Troubleshoot on-floor issues to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
Lead learning and development initiatives to maximize equipment and workforce efficiency.
Support execution of new initiatives to ensure defect-free production.
Experience & Skill RequirementsEducation: BSc Metallurgy & Materials Engineering
Experience: 8-10 Years
Special Skills:
Strong command of Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP/SAP systems
Knowledge of plant operations & production execution
Technical understanding of BOM, casting development, and engineering drawings.
