What You will do:
Employee Lifecycle Champion

  • Lead onboarding, inductions, confirmations, probation reviews, internal transfers, and exits.
  • Ensure employees experience a smooth journey from joining to exit.
Attendance & Leave Maestro
  • Manage leave tracking, attendance systems, and absence policies.
  • Monitor adherence and implement creative solutions for flexibility without compromising compliance.
Benefits & Compliance Guardian
  • Oversee statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, gratuity, PT, and medical insurance.
  • Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and audit-ready documentation is maintained.
Policy Innovator & Governance Expert
  • Update, draft, and communicate HR policies.
  • Conduct sessions to keep the team informed and compliant.
Employee Relations Architect
  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and engagement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Data & Insights Leader
  • Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Team Mentor & Process Optimizer
  • Lead, guide, and upskill the HR operations team.
  • Introduce process improvements and best practices across HR operations.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of experience in HR Operations and Team leading
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Innovative mindset with a process-driven approach.
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
