What You will do:
Employee Lifecycle Champion
Lead onboarding, inductions, confirmations, probation reviews, internal transfers, and exits.
Ensure employees experience a smooth journey from joining to exit.
Attendance & Leave Maestro
Manage leave tracking, attendance systems, and absence policies.
Monitor adherence and implement creative solutions for flexibility without compromising compliance.
Benefits & Compliance Guardian
Oversee statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, gratuity, PT, and medical insurance.
Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and audit-ready documentation is maintained.
Policy Innovator & Governance Expert
Update, draft, and communicate HR policies.
Conduct sessions to keep the team informed and compliant.
Employee Relations Architect
Be the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and engagement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Data & Insights Leader
Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Team Mentor & Process Optimizer
Lead, guide, and upskill the HR operations team.
Introduce process improvements and best practices across HR operations.
Requirements
8+ Years of experience in HR Operations and Team leading
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Innovative mindset with a process-driven approach.
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
