Team Lead - Home Services (Kannada or Marathi or Gujarati)

Mode of work: In Office Timings: 5 AM to 2 PM (1st Half - work from home, 2nd Half - work from office)

We are looking for an organized and proactive

Team Lead

to oversee our field operations team of phlebotomists (sample collection staff).

You don't need medical experience yourself -- your role is to ensure the team works efficiently, stays on schedule, and delivers excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Daily Operations:

Supervise and coordinate the schedules of phlebotomists (sample collection staff), ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

Ensure Punctuality:

Make sure staff reach customer locations on time for appointments.

Monitor Work Quality:

Ensure that samples are collected and handled according to process.

Oversee Timely Deliveries:

Confirm all collected samples are dropped at the lab within deadlines.

Support the Team:

Provide quick help and guidance if staff face issues in the field.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.

Problem Resolution:

Address operational challenges immediately to avoid service disruptions.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a

team lead or supervisory role

(logistics, delivery, field operations, etc.). Strong

communication and organizational skills

. Ability to

motivate and guide

a team in the field.

Fluency in Hindi and English is must.

Fluency in either Kannada or Marathi or Gujarati is required.

Must live in

Hyderabad

or be willing to relocate. Familiarity with phlebotomy or healthcare logistics is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
