Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time support and guidance to the QuickBooks Live Support team, ensuring smooth operations and prompt resolution of client queries.

? Assist team members in addressing complex accounting-related queries, including bank reconciliations, financial statements, payroll, tax filings, and general bookkeeping.?

? Troubleshoot and resolve technical and accounting issues related to QuickBooks usage by supporting the team in identifying solutions.?

? Offer expert guidance on best accounting practices, chart of accounts setup, and financial reporting, ensuring team members deliver high-quality support.?

? Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their QuickBooks knowledge, problem- solving abilities, and client-handling skills.?

? Stay updated with the latest QuickBooks features, accounting regulations, and industry best practices and ensure the team remains informed.?

? Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, enhance client experience, and provide valuable feedback for system improvements

Required Qualifications & Skills

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.?

? Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (preferred).?

? 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial consulting.?

? In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop.?

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
