Team Lead - Generative AI / AI-ML Specialist

Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist / Team Lead with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to design and implement cutting-edge AI models that solve real-world business problems. You'll work with LLMs, GANs, RAG frameworks, and transformer-based architectures to create production-ready solutions across domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion models, etc.) Work on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and transformer-based architectures for contextual responses and document intelligence Customize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications Build and maintain robust ML pipelines and infrastructure for training, evaluation, and deployment Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into end-user applications Stay current with the latest GenAI research, open-source tools, and frameworks Analyze model outputs, evaluate performance, and ensure ethical AI practices.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, GANs, Autoencoders, and other GenAI architectures Experience with fine-tuning models using LoRA, PEFT, or similar techniques Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and embedding generation Experience working with datasets, data preprocessing, and synthetic data generation Good knowledge of NLP, prompt engineering, and language model safety Experience with APIs, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Nice to Have:

Prior work with Chatbots, Conversational AI, or AI Assistants Familiarity with LangChain, LLMOps, or Serverless Model Deployment Background in MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Meta LLaMA models
