Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Team Lead. The Technical Team Lead will manage a team of technical professionals and oversee technical projects, with a balanced focus on both management and technical responsibilities (50% management and 50% technical).

Management responsibilities

include managing the development and QA teams, overseeing the storyboard using Jira, and creating project status reports for clients. The Technical Team Lead will also provide leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with other teams to ensure project success.

Technical responsibilities

involve solving technical queries from the team, contributing to development tasks, and overseeing software architecture to ensure robust and scalable solutions

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years IT Industry experience as a software engineer. Minimum 5 years' experience in Java 17 and Angular 13 Experience with AWS, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Confluence Team Management and Team Leadership skills Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and software development Project Management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field Experience with Agile practices and methodologies is desirable
