Role Overview

As a

Team Leader - Full Stack

, you will lead a team of software engineers while actively contributing to solution design, coding, and deployment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure technical excellence across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 5-8 engineers, driving technical excellence and accountability. Architect, design, and implement web applications using

.NET Core (C#)

,

React.js

, and

SQL Server

. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule. Own code quality, design reviews, and best practice enforcement across the team. Deploy and maintain applications on

AWS

, leveraging services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and ECS. Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor system performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives within the GCC.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years

of software development experience with at least

3+ years in a technical leadership role

. Strong hands-on experience in

.NET Core / ASP.NET

C#

, and

API design & development

. Proficiency in

React.js

,

JavaScript (ES6+)

, and front-end build ecosystems. Advanced knowledge of

SQL Server

(T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization). Proven experience deploying and managing applications on

AWS

(CloudFormation, ECS, Lambda, RDS). Solid understanding of

microservices architecture

Docker

, and

CI/CD tools

. Experience with

Agile methodologies

and sprint-based delivery. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to guide a team both technically and strategically.

Good to Have

Exposure to

NoSQL databases

(e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB). Familiarity with

Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)

. Experience in

SaaS or healthcare product engineering

. Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Developer/Architect) are a plus. Maintain and manage past code written in Angular.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
