The Team Lead for Fulfillment is responsible for working with our sales and support teams providing the highest quality products and services to our internal and external customers. Timely and accurate delivery of statistical models, count/list fulfillments and accurate billing. You will support both online and offline marketing campaigns. You will supply delivery information to customers, service bureaus, and other internal partners. You will have direct reports. You are responsible for development, coaching and mentoring to facilitate associate growth. Lead and manage projects as assigned.

Responsibilities
Managing expectations of onshore partners and ensuring alignment with SLAs
Complete count / order parameters to client/sales specifications via proprietary systems
Quality control of all projects using prescribed verification processes
Meet and maintain departmental quality key performance indicators
Able to lead through organizational or process changes.
Finance Administration, Internal Billing Support, GDPR, data privacy, internal audit readiness, and SOX Compliance
Timely execution of deliverables meeting/exceeding defined deadlines
Attain proficiency thresholds within required interval
Maintain working knowledge of Industry, systems, process, and products in an ever-changing environment
Participate in training sessions as scheduled to supplement required technical knowledge
Manage and prioritize assigned workload
Applies and maintains privacy and data security standards appropriately
Workload will include complex, priority and high dollar accounts
Ongoing evaluation of direct reports ensuring that volume and quality thresholds are met
Manage workload assignments to associates
Drive On-time delivery and quality Key Performance Indicator as set by leadership with the team
Manage leaves, work-from-home requests, and operational bench strength
Provide regular reporting on team performance and Key Performance Indicator to leadership
Invest in associate growth and development through feedback, coaching and training
Ensure that direct reports understand and follow privacy and data security standards
Coordinate and lead special projects when assigned
Identifying inefficiencies and driving automation or process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Total experience of 8-10 years
Preferred Bangalore based resources willing to work in Hybrid model @ Office Premises
Work Timings: 8 AM - 5 PM or 1PM - 10 PM or 6 PM to 3 AM (Variable Shift with cab facility)
Computer Skills: Demonstrated comfort and proficiency working in Windows, GUI, and Command Line interfaces such Unix (as applicable)
Experience with business process oriented operations is preferred
Prior experience of managing a team (team size >5) is must
Experience of working with US/UK/EU counterparts in an onshore-offshore model is must
1 year direct marketing experience (preferred) and / or 2 years previous Sales support/customer service experience
Proficiency in analyzing operational metrics and presenting insights to leadership
Ability to create SOPs and maintain knowledge repositories
Customer focused - similar customer services experience
High attention to detail
Experience with CRM, workflow tools, and BI dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Ability to manage across multiple tasks at any given time
Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly in an ever-changing environment
Flexible and adaptable in managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate ability to communicate at a high level (written and verbal) in the English language
Productive, Timely decision making, Functional / Technical skills, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, problem solving, Process Management, time management and effective communication.
Familiarity with emerging tech and AI usage in operation is a must
