Job Title: Team Lead for Account Receivables Job Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad Job Type: Full time Experience: Team Lead ( 3 years or more)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead a team of analysts and team coach to do AR follow. Guide team to reduce AR ageing and optimize collections. 2. Manage day-to-day activities with the team. 3. Respond to clients on any process related queries and manage 1st level escalations. 4. Perform quality check on the A/R follows or EOB denial analysis work done by the team before it is sent to the clients. 5. Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLA’s. 6. Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data includes attendance, productivity, etc. 7. Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team. 8. Mentor analysts and senior analysts. Supervise and train junior staff or new trainees and encourage
good A/R follow up skills and work ethic.
9. In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Team leader may be expected to perform
follow-up work as well depending upon the requirement.
SKILLS REQUIRED : Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Able to juggle multiple responsibilities at one time. Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills. Extremely high level of attention to detail. Punctual and time-sensitive. Target oriented and AR resolution mind set. Team player. Keen eye for process and quality improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate/Post-graduate in any stream Minimum 8 years of experience in an A/R domain and minimum 3 years as in Team Lead.

• No Cab Facility Available.
• Fixed Night Shift 5:30 pm to 4:30 am
• Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
• Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
