Job Description

We are looking for a

hands-on Team Lead - Flutter Development

to lead our mobile app development team and build high-quality, scalable Flutter applications. The role requires strong technical expertise in Flutter, along with team leadership and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of

Flutter developers

. Design, develop, and maintain

Flutter mobile applications

for Android and iOS. Own the complete

Flutter app development lifecycle

--development, testing, and release. Ensure

clean architecture, reusable widgets, and optimized performance

. Perform

code reviews

and enforce Flutter coding standards and best practices. Work closely with designers and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of the Flutter App. Manage sprint planning, task distribution, and timely delivery for Flutter projects. Handle

Flutter app builds and deployments

to the Play Store and App Store.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in

mobile application development

, with strong expertise in

Flutter & Dart

. In-depth knowledge of

Flutter widgets, layouts, and lifecycle

. Strong experience with

state management

(Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.). Hands-on experience with

REST API integration

in Flutter apps. Experience with

Flutter app deployment

and versioning. Proficiency with

Git

for Flutter project collaboration. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills

Experience with

Flutter Web or Desktop

. Knowledge of

Flutter testing

(unit, widget, integration tests). Familiarity with

Flutter performance optimization techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
