Responsibilities:

Role:

Manage all accounting operations including P2P,O2C, RTR. Monitors the month end accounting close, including the production and review of accounting and financial reports. Support payroll processing and accounting. Leading and managing team to deliver best services within turnaround times. Support Regional Finance Controller / Finance Managers with timely and accurate financial information. Work cross-functionally with various departments to provide financial insights and relevant reporting. Ensure adherence to Corporate Policy and Internal Control procedures globally for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay functions. Assists with defining and reviewing accounting processes and makes suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:
CA / MBA (Finance) with 8 to 10 years of experience preferably in Finance Shared Services setup with IT/ITES MNCs

Desired skills:
This role requires a proactive approach, a high level of attention to detail, taking responsibility for multiple actions and activities within deadlines. International accounting. Preferable on US but not a must. Expertise in MS Office particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Experience in SAP and Hyperion Reporting (HFM) is preferred. * Required to work in European shift (12 PM to 9 PM IST)
