? Manage the overall running of the sales team.
? Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its

? Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the
teams' strengths and weaknesses.
? Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects;
maintaining relationships with clients.
? Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners.
? Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling
solutions.
? Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending
profit and service improvements.
? Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
? Requirement -
? MBA & B. Tech / M.Tech Degree required
? 2-5 years Prior Experience in team handling & 5-6 Field B2C Sales
? Has sound business judgment, and sales skills.
? Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.
? Potent leadership qualities.
? Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.
