Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee and guide a dynamic team toward achieving its goals. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring team performance, and fostering a positive, productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Supervise, guide, and support team members to achieve individual and team objectives. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback through performance reviews. Address and resolve any team conflicts professionally.

Planning and Coordination:

Set clear team goals and expectations aligned with organizational objectives. Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively. Track and report on team progress to upper management.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and organize professional development opportunities for team members. Mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

Problem Solving:

Act as the first point of escalation for team-related issues. Identify potential challenges and implement solutions proactively.

Communication:

Facilitate clear and open communication within the team. Act as a liaison between the team and management.

Quality and Compliance:

Ensure that all work meets the required standards and deadlines. Promote adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 to 1 year work experience. Proven experience in a leadership. Applicable only for Nearby Pondicherry Area .

Skills:

Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in MS word and MS excel .
