Role:

Team Lead - FEA (Finite Element Analysis)

Location:

Pune | Full-time | On-site

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead - FEA to manage and guide our FEA project team. The candidate will oversee project execution, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering simulations and analysis. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills, along with hands-on experience in FEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of FEA engineers, ensuring technical excellence and efficient project execution. Manage FEA projects from planning to delivery, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Review and validate FEA models, simulations, and reports to ensure accuracy and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing, and project management to deliver solutions. Provide technical solutions to complex engineering problems and support clients with analysis results. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements. Drive process improvements and implement best practices within the FEA team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Relevant Engineering field. 4-6 years of experience in FEA, including hands-on simulation and project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in FEA software (ANSYS). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and client interaction skills. Experience in project planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Preferred:

Experience in Defense, Nuclear, Marine, Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, or Steel Structure industries. Knowledge of design validation, prototype testing, and R&D processes.
