Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Team Leader - Education
to lead and manage the operations and sales efforts of our Education Division. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, team management experience, and a sales-driven mindset. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in educational sales or admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Team Recruitment & Management:
Recruit, train, and lead a team of admissions counselors and education coordinators.
Supervise day-to-day team operations and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
Sales & Lead Conversion:
Guide the team in following up with leads and converting them into enrolled students.
Actively support the achievement of individual and team admission targets.
Training & Motivation:
Conduct induction and ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement.
Motivate team members through goal setting, recognition, and performance feedback.
Process Management:
Ensure proper follow-up, counseling, and documentation of student leads.
Coordinate with marketing, trainers, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and course delivery.
Reporting & CRM Monitoring:
Track team performance, lead status, and enrollment data using CRM or relevant tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest process improvements to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of experience in educational sales, admissions, or team leadership roles.
Sales or target-driven background is highly preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
