Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across
SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists--ensuring task alignment, timely deliverables, and achievement of KPIs.
Track and analyze digital performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI, CAC), generating actionable insights for optimization.
Plan and manage budgets for paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads
, and other platforms.
Work closely with
design, content, product, and sales teams
to deliver cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on emerging industry trends, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.
Oversee marketing dashboards, reports, and analytics to track progress, campaign effectiveness, and team output.
Maintain brand consistency, quality, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business
, or a related field.
4+ years of experience
in digital marketing, including
1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of
Google Analytics

Google Ads

Meta Ads Manager

LinkedIn Ads
, and SEO tools such as
