Role Description
The Marketing Team Lead will oversee and manage the marketing team, drive strategic campaigns, and coordinate efforts to meet organizational goals.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists like SEO, Graphics, Social Media, etc.
Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Maintain and enhance the company's social media presence.
Oversee email marketing campaigns and SEO initiatives.
Qualification
Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership or management role.
Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the team's vision.
Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent analytical and decision-making acumen.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
