We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead in Digital Marketing to oversee and manage our SEO, SMM, and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, optimize performance, and lead a team to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and analysis.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages.
Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools.
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Create and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Develop engaging content tailored to each platform.
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics.
Google Ads Management
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy.
Monitor and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Analytics and Reporting
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track and measure campaign performance.
Generate regular reports on marketing metrics and KPIs.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Content, Design) to align marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients regarding campaign progress and results.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SMM, and Google Ads.
Proven experience in leading and managing a digital marketing team.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Google Ads Certification.
Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools.
