Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Desktop Team Lead
to manage and support the desktop support team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets, and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the desktop support team to ensure effective incident resolution.
Manage hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and project implementations.
Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLAs are met.
Maintain inventory and documentation for IT assets.
Implement and enforce IT policies and best practices.
Provide hands-on support when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in desktop support with at least 1 year in a team lead role.
Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, and remote support tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
IT certifications like MCP, MCSA, or ITIL (preferred).

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
