Your key roles and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following: -
Identify, appoint, and manage a network of dealers and sub-dealers across assigned territories in India.
Achieve dealer-wise and regional sales, collection, and growth targets.
Maintain strong dealer relationships and ensure proper onboarding, training, and performance tracking.
Drive branding, visibility, and local market development initiatives.
Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatches, service support, and issue resolution.
Prepare and submit regular reports, MIS, and performance updates
