Data, Analytics & Reporting provides awareness of Operations' performance focusing on the key data sets that power our measurement of timelines, accuracy and completeness. The team is responsible for the delivery of timely operational reporting required to run our core customer workflows.
The role requires strong working experience in working with database technologies (Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, etc) & data processing languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.), dashboard building and visualization (PowerBI, Tableau), interpersonal & communication skills and strategic execution - working with our data guides, our colleagues in Metrics Office and Business Delivery teams
Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Design and implement automated and standardized analysis tools, empowering users to uncover business opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Examine and validate data integrity throughout the collection process, performing data profiling to identify and comprehend data anomalies.
  • Translate sophisticated data and analyses into readily digestible formats, enabling supported teams to accurately assess the performance of key business areas, products, and processes.
  • Work as part of a team with the other data quality & reporting teams to build a deep understanding of logics to produce different reports
  • Work with Data Stewards, Business Stewards, Data Custodians and Data Owners and other business partners to determine the gaps in data
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and work hand in hand to understand business complaints on additions/deletions/modifications.
  • Demonstrates deep familiarity with data domain as well as industry standards & practices to drive data-driven culture.
  • Ability to handle sophisticated data and extracting data from different sources to test for quality
  • Create controls to extract data anomalies and work with relevant partners in Engineering to make sure the analytical source data is complete and accurate
  • Work in a multifaceted environment and multiple collaborators
  • Work in a fast-paced environment within minimum supervision and mentorship
  • Exposure to AI/ML is a plus
Qualifications/Capabilities
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • 8+ years' meaningful experience in data quality testing, data mining, data monitoring
  • Working experience and knowledge in Power BI, Tableau & other data visualization technologies
  • Additional experience in the Risk & Resilience space would be preferred
  • Working experience and knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience working with Database technologies (Oracle, Snowflake, Azure, etc) & data processing languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
  • Ability to work proactively, with good interpersonal skills across all levels of staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft office knowledge (excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic (able to respond to changing priorities) and able to work with minimal direction within a distributed team
  • Excellent organizational skills, with ability to navigate a sophisticated matrix environment and coordinate/prioritize work efficiently
  • Must be prepared to work UK/US hours as and when required
  • Hands on experience of building Data Quality checks, and Tracing back data issues through data pipelines.
  • Working experience in AI/ML
  • Hybrid working (3 days working from office)
