What You\'ll Do:As Team Lead, Analytics, AMER-GCOC team, you will be a key player in understanding every aspect of Criteo\xe2\x80\x99s complex Marketing Solutions & Retail Media business. This role interfaces across the organization to answer challenging analytical questions related to the performance and growth of Criteo\xe2\x80\x99s Retail Media solutions.Criteo\xe2\x80\x99s high-growth business model brings both opportunities and challenges. You will be dealing with a considerable amount of complex, real-world data and you are comfortable thinking of new and innovative ways to analyze data, solve problems, and think strategically. You can function with minimal oversight and have a strong ability to learn new concepts quickly. The scope involves both technically rigorous work, including the use of leading-edge data analysis technologies, and regular interactions with stakeholders & cross-functional business units in the Americas.This role is based in either Gurgaon, India, or Hyderabad, IndiaAs this role supports our global business, work hours will be between 12:30 pm IST to 09:30 pm IST (March \xe2\x80\x93 October) and 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST during daylight savings (November \xe2\x80\x93 February)Manage a team of data analysts based in our Gurgaon, India office.Manage relationships with leaders in markets across AMER.Develop a functional understanding of Criteo\'s Retail Media and Marketing Solution practices, and how Analytics plays a role in both.Proactively identify analytical, tooling, and reporting needs from incoming requests; develop self-service tools and automated reports using Tableau, Python, or any other relevant technologies to address these needs.Spearhead both local and global initiatives and become a subject matter expert as opportunities arise.Maintain deep knowledge of Criteo products, technologies, and position in the marketplace.Who You Are:
