Overview:
The Cvent Event Cloud Customer Marketing team is dedicated to supporting and nurturing existing Cvent customers throughout their journey. The team focuses on the following stages of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, retention, and advocacy. We develop targeted programs to guide customers from the moment they join us, ensuring their engagement with our products, satisfaction, and willingness to advocate for us. Ultimately, we strive to help customers expand their business and achieve their goals. This role is critical to supporting our customer engagement, retention, and advocacy initiatives, with a strong focus on content management, community engagement, and Generative Engagement Optimization (GEO) strategies. The position aligns with Cvent's priorities of increasing community-driven renewals and leveraging user-generated content in a zero-click and GEO web search environment.
In This Role, You Will:
Maintain and refresh Cvent Community content--including banners, learning centers, and blogs--ensuring all materials are current, relevant, and engaging for users.
