Job Title:
Team Leader Credit Card Sales/Loans

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to drive and manage a dynamic team in the Credit Card Sales/Loan Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, sales performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: * Team Management:

• Manage and lead a team of 10+ sales executives.
• Ensure attendance tracking and adherence to company policies.
• Sales Performance:

• Drive the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Set individual targets and monitor daily progress.
• Quality Control:

• Oversee call quality to ensure adherence to protocols.
• Provide feedback and implement improvements to maintain high standards.
• Vendor Database Management:

• Identify and collaborate with local vendors for high-quality lead databases.
• Optimize lead generation strategies for team calling.
• Training & Development:

• Provide product training to new joiners and ongoing skill development sessions.
• Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports.
• Analyze team performance and provide actionable insights.
• Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with management to develop monthly sales strategies.
• Implement action plans for achieving team and individual goals.

• Experience: 35 years in credit card sales/loan sales, with at least 2 years in a team leader role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and training capabilities.
• Familiarity with vendor management and database handling.
• Industry: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).

• Must be target-driven and passionate about achieving goals.
• Strong knowledge of credit card/loan products and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
