JD Attracting candidates through various channels like Databases, Vendors, Social media, Employee Referral, Job portals, Ad postings etc. o Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting Tech groups in internet, Placement Department in Colleges, Training Institutions etc., o Create & maintain a pipeline of Candidates for the open positions. o Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers o Reviewing resumes and screening candidates o Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. o Hands on experience with various selection processes (Virtual / Direct / Telephonic ) o Work as a SPOC between client, stake holders etc., for all hiring needs o Maintain & update reports on a regular basis. o Adherence to TAT / SLA with client for hiring. o Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process. o Must have managed hiring for Ramps, Batch wise hiring's. o Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
