Team Lead
who is ready to grow with us.
Role: Team Lead - Commission-Based Sales
As our Team Lead, you will:
Manage & guide a team of 6 commission-based sales partners
.
Motivate the team to pitch
Boutiques Only premium websites & SaaS solutions
to boutique clients.
Plan, track, and optimize the team's sales pipeline.
Directly connect with boutique owners when needed and
close your own deals
.
Report weekly progress and keep the momentum high.
Compensation Structure
?2,500 per client
brought in
through the team
you manage.
25% commission
for every client you personally onboard.
Earnings are performance-based -- your growth is linked directly to your results.
(Example: If your team closes 10 clients in a month, you earn ?25,000. If you close 2 yourself worth ?1.2L, you earn ?30,000 additional -- total ?55,000.)

About You
Strong leadership skills -- you can

Confident communicator with boutiques/fashion brands.
Experience in
B2B sales, retail sales, or team management
preferred, but not mandatory if you're highly driven.
