A Team Leader in the healthcare revenue cycle management or RCM team will perform the following duties:Fair understanding of claims submission(Electronic & Paper).
Hands on experience on working on clearing house rejections/ system edits.
Eligibility verification through payer web portals.
Clear understanding of charges/CPT/Dx & Modifiers.
Guide a dedicated team of Representatives, providing clear direction, instruction, and motivation.
Drive the team to achieve critical results that align with organizational and business objectives.
Leverage your understanding of individual team members' strengths, weaknesses, and motivations to maximize team performance.
Oversee task completion and ensure the achievement of desired account outcomes.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
A successful Team Leader for the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) team will require the following qualifications, experiences, and skills:SME and above level are eligible to apply for TL.
A bachelor's degree is desired, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
High energy, passion, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Minimum 3 year of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) within healthcare.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and compile reports.
