We are hiring a Team Lead - Channel Sales for a fast-growing real estate mandate sales organization based in Pune.The role involves leading and scaling the Channel Partner (CP) sourcing function for residential mandate projects, managing a team of CP sourcing executives, and driving consistent site visits and bookings through the CP channel.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 4-6 Channel Partner sourcing executives- Drive CP onboarding, activation, and relationship management across Pune micro-markets- Personally manage and grow relationships with key Channel Partners- Plan and execute CP meets, roadshows, and project walkthroughs- Ensure strong lead flow from CPs to the closure team- Track CP - Site Visit - Booking conversions- Ensure CRM discipline, daily activity tracking, and MIS reporting- Work closely with project sales and closure teams to support high-intent site visitsCandidate Profile:- 5-8 years of experience in real estate sales (builder-side or mandate sales preferred)- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in CP sourcing or channel sales- Strong exposure to Channel Partner-driven sales (mandatory)- Good understanding of Pune real estate micro-markets (East or West)- Active CP network is a strong advantage- Comfortable with field-based sales and execution- Marathi language proficiency is mandatory- Working knowledge of CRM and Excel- Two-wheeler with valid license preferredThis is a leadership role with high ownership and clear growth potential into cluster or city-level roles.
