Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the academic counseling team to achieve individual and team targets. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily counseling activities by assigning work, setting priorities, and monitoring performance. Motivate and drive the team to consistently meet and exceed enrollment and conversion goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations of counselors; provide feedback, guidance, and performance updates. Identify skill gaps and training needs; ensure timely onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training programs. Review and assess the effectiveness of existing counseling strategies and processes; recommend and implement improved approaches. Ensure accurate, timely preparation and submission of reports related to counseling activities, performance metrics, and targets. Maintain high standards of professionalism, student engagement, and service quality within the team.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Academic Counseling, with at least some experience in a team leadership or supervisory role. Strong working knowledge of basic tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Malayalam. Highly result-oriented individual with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude and strong problem solving abilities.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
