They are looking for a Senior Person to become a part of Top Management of Company.
Designation: Team Lead - C# and ASP.NET
Experience: 8-10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/M.Sc (IT)
CTC: 20 to 22 Lacs + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits.
Working Days: 5
Office Timing: 10 to 7 Pm
Office Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Detail :
Software Development & Architecture: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core frameworks.
Web API Development: Architect and develop RESTful APIs, ensuring robust security and efficient performance for cross-platform integrations.
Front-End Development: Utilize JavaScript, jQuery, and other modern JavaScript frameworks to enhance the front-end experience of web applications.
Database Management: Oversee the design and optimization of complex SQL queries, database schemas, and performance tuning for relational databases.
Code Quality & Testing: Ensure high-quality code through comprehensive unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, translating business requirements into technical deliverables, and ensuring timely communication and project updates.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Delegate tasks effectively and drive team success.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
Hands-on experience with Web API development and integrations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks (preferred).
Strong experience in SQL for database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
Programming Skills:
Deep understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
Expertise in unit testing methodologies and frameworks.
Management & Communication:
Excellent client communication skills for clear technical discussions and requirement gathering.
Strong team management and leadership capabilities, including mentoring and task delegation.
