Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee and execute our digital marketing strategy, manage a team of marketing professionals, and drive online growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple digital channels and a proven track record of planning and executing high-impact campaigns. You will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, optimizing marketing performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with KPIs and deadlines. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, generating actionable insights to improve ROI. Manage marketing budgets across paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the digital marketing roadmap. Oversee reporting and analytics dashboards to track team progress and campaign effectiveness. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in digital marketing

, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM/email platforms. Proven ability to manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development. Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
