About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Team Lead - BIM

to lead and manage 3D BIM modeling, coordination, and delivery across multiple architectural and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage 3D BIM modeling and coordination across disciplines. Conduct design reviews, perform clash detection, and resolve coordination issues. Ensure project adherence to templates, BIM standards, and best practices. Review models with designers and clients, ensuring quality and compliance. Prepare estimates, proposals, and progress reports. Conduct BIM coordination meetings (onsite/remote). Mentor and guide junior team members in BIM workflows. Collaborate with internal project teams and report to the Technical Director.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in

Revit

,

Navisworks

, and

AutoCAD

. Knowledge of

Dynamo scripting

is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and client interaction skills. Ability to resolve issues proactively and ensure design accuracy.

Qualification:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture

OR

Master's in Mechanical / Civil Engineering

Experience:

3-5 years

of progressive responsibility in AEC/BIM environments. Overseas project experience is an added advantage.
