Team Lead - Benefit Verification Specialist (Health Insurance) 5-10 yrs Bengaluru (Domlur) 5 Days WFO Max NP 60 Days || Mandatory Criteria Inside We're hiring for our client, a Health-Tech product startup, building AI-powered automation for U.S. healthcare workflows. Looking for a Team Lead - Benefit Verification Specialist with strong expertise in US healthcare insurance eligibility & benefits verification and experience managing teams. What you must have (Mandatory) You must have all of the following to qualify: ₹ 4+ yrs in US healthcare insurance eligibility & benefits verification ? 2+ yrs of team handling experience ? Strong understanding of payer types: Commercial, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, HMO/PPO, VA, DoD ? Hands-on experience verifying deductibles, co-pay/coinsurance, prior auth, network status, J-codes, CPT/HCPCS ? Experience documenting benefits accurately in CRM/RCM/EMR systems ? Worked on payer portals: Availity, NaviNet, Aetna, UHC, etc. ? Good communication skills Good to Have Experience in specialty pharmacy / oncology / infusion therapy / behavioral health.
