Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Team Lead to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual who is experienced in managing teams and projects within the BPO industry. The candidate will be expected to lead their team to achieve and surpass key performance metrics while maintaining a positive work environment.
