Cost Analyst - Sheet Metal / Machining

We are looking for an experienced

Cost Analyst

to support and qualify cost estimations for commodities such as sheet metal, machining (cast, forged, stock), and pipe & tube. The role involves working independently and in collaboration with offshore teams, while also managing technical and operational support when required.

Responsibilities:

Support and validate cost estimations for various commodities Perform cost analysis for engineering changes, supplier quote reviews, and benchmarking Liaise with offshore teams and represent CE services in customer meetings Drive cost saving and VA/VE initiatives Manage coordination, work allocation, and KPI metrics as needed

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in Auto Ancillary, OEM, Agriculture, Construction Equipment, or Engineering Services industries Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, sheet metal, casting, forging, welding, surface & heat treatments Skilled in machine selection, cycle time calculation, and cost estimation methods Familiarity with costing tools such as Costimator, aPriori, Hyperlean, etc. Good English communication skills (verbal & written) BE (Mechanical/Production) or Diploma (Mechanical/Production)
